First Meeting as Ruler

Kiki sat in a room, full of her Legion guardians. She impatiently waited for someone named Kieth. She was new at trying to run the city and hadn't yet figured out what was important enough for her prescence and what wasn't. Her father had recently passed away and left the city to her. Although the city was not something she wanted she didn't have much of a choice, and after only a few days she needed the power that the position offered. One of her guardians walked over to her. "Miss, are you sure that he'll be showing up?" She looked at him with an expression of anger mixed with boredom. "He better." She growled at him and turned away to fool around with an item that was on the table.

Kieth walked into the room, an indignant expression on his face.
"-And if you touch me again, ugly, I'll blow your bloody-"
He paused.
"Miss, I apologize for being so late, I had to meet with a contact."
He walked up and took her hand, kissing it gently.
"My name's Kieth, love."

Kiki pulled her hand away from the wolf anthro. "Touch me again you filthy slime ball and this meeting will be the last thing you would've ever arranged." She bellowed at him. "Now, what was the reason you called this meeting?"

"Now, love, calm down a bit. I'm here to purchase a building that is suitable for my needs."
Kieth smiled.
"I believe I sent this ahead of this meeting."

She glared over at a group of her gaurdians as they turned away from her piercing gaze. She turned her attention back to Kieth. "I apologize, my staff is a little slow... So what building do you have an interest in?"

"The one in the slums...The one with the back door near the sewers, love...I can't recall the number. Want me to kill those fools for their incompitence? I can have that arranged, love....For a fee."
Kieth glanced at the guardians.

The guardians looked over at the pair who were talking. If you could see their faces they would express fear, for Kiki is known for having anger issues. "Shut up you fool! I don't want my men killed." The guardians sighed with relief and turned away from them again. "As for the building... I know which one you speak of. We've had many issues with it lately, and the current owner is old and sure to die off shortly... So the building is yours, for a fee, but you may have a senile old man to deal with."

"Already done...He was rather tasty..."
Kieth smiled.
"Yankin' your chain, love. I imagine that my establishment may yield up some 'opportunity'. If you're interested, throw me a bone and I'll keep ya' in the loop. What'd ya say?"
Kieth folded his arms.
'Can't say no to my winnin' charm. I got this in the bag.'

"Hmm..." She moved her hand to support her face as she thought about the offering. "I'll think about it..." She turned to her guardians. "Escort him out of here. I'm finished discussing things with him." The large group of guardians started to surround the wolf anthro. They carried him out and away, to the outside of Kiki's Haven.
